On the morning of December 17th, a delegation from University School of Physical Education in Wroclaw visited our university where Dr. Dariusz Mroczek gave a wonderful volleyball class for the students once again.

Before class began, Dr. Dariusz Mroczek divided the students into groups of two to teach the practice of throwing and catching. These training cannot only improve students' responsiveness, but also improve their ability to judge the space-time relationship of volleyball, break through the previous teaching methods and create a pleasant atmosphere for class. Dr. Dariusz Mroczek believes making students feel boring about wall exercises can create a dynamic environment and build up the students' ability to adapt to the competition.

Dr. Dariusz Mroczek, who allows students to exchange space during the course of the course. He explains that students need to adapt to the usual practice because they are affected by different issues, such as the venue, lighting, and so on during the game.

In this cross-language teaching, the students learned about some foreign volleyball training methods. I believe that after this exchange, we will continue to conduct in-depth research on foreign excellent training methods. We can lay a good foundation in order to. cultivate the next generation of excellent volleyball players by entering the job in the future.

The exchange ended with applause. Mr. Gao and students thanked Dr. Dariusz Mroczek for his guidance and looked forward to the next exchange with the University School of Physical Education in Wroclaw delegation.
